The Landscape: Surrounded by the breathtaking Natural Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai, the hotel offers a unique and picturesque setting for a memorable stay. It's like stepping into a painting!
Shower spray: The shower had a strong stingy water spray, which made it difficult to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor.

Huge dining room for many people, as if it were a circus; beautiful surroundings declared as UNESCO reserve; highly secure and reliable payment method for gamers.
Loved feeling lost in the park as if I were in a labyrinth, but the castle itself was not a maze.

We had an enchanting stay at a charming castle with breathtaking views. The room was exquisite, complete with a luxurious bathtub. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The restaurant served mouthwatering meals, and the breakfast spread was delightful. We even received excellent recommendations for nearby attractions. we highly recommend this hidden gem.
The shower in our room had a weak water spray and caused water to spill onto the bathroom floor. It would have been convenient to have an iron in the room.

This place is absolutely stunning! The old castle has been beautifully refurbished into a luxurious hotel. We were in awe of the location in one of the smaller round towers - it felt like stepping back in time. The service here is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who speak fluent English. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, even assisting with our bags. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a king size bed and original wood paneling that added to the authentic atmosphere. We also loved the free minibar and the delicious breakfast that was a true experience in itself. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a truly memorable stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the stunning architecture and amazing views of this hotel. The breakfast was extraordinary and the staff were very attentive and courteous. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and wonderfully appointed bathrooms.
There were no facilities available at the hotel, making it feel more like staying in a private house than at a hotel. This could be quite problematic for guests looking for additional amenities.

The hotel's location close to the coast may seem convenient, but there are hardly any dining options or services nearby. While the rooms may be spotless and beautifully appointed with wood paneling, beams, and huge soaking tubs, the staff's service may not be as impressive as claimed. The breakfast and view from the garden terrace may be breathtaking, but the hotel's isolation may not be worth a longer stay.
The hotel may lack nearby dining and service options.
